The open sharing of information and monitoring of
performance are key to the success of Local
Partnerships, LAAs and LSPs. Now for the very first
time, LocalGov TV are going to be talking the same
language but also talking about it at the same time.

This expert panel discusses the vital contribution that information sharing delivers to partnership operations. They consider:
- Ways and means of encouraging openness and sharing of base and performance information by different bodies and agencies
- The type of information required to help partnerships chart their position across the range of targeted outcomes
- The new performance management and analysis tools now available to help partnerships make better decisions on priorities, resource allocations and monitor progress
This panel is part of an extended programme examining the progress achieved to date by a variety of LSPs and LAAs, their approaches and experiences in Partnership working, the Governance and Performance Management of Partnerships and how practical joint working can function at an operational level. They also discuss their local initiatives, the successful outcomes being achieved and the challenges being met.
